Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your consultation appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.
2. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two times.
3. No-Shows
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice (no-show), the appointment will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued. We highly recommend joining the provided meeting link 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the booking. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Written Reports
For services that involve written reports (e.g., Annual Transit Reports), once the order is placed and the work has begun, we cannot offer a refund. We invest considerable time in manual chart analysis for these reports.
